Dr. Madhikar, B.A.M.S. working as Public Relations Officer at Janakalyan Blood Centre since 23 years. He has interest in social work. He has special contribution regarding blood donation movement in rural areas. He organized blood donation camps in 400 villages by creating awareness in 700 villages in 11 talukas in Nagar district. Handling the 300+ blood donation camps, connecting with camp organizers is the crucial responsibility which he brilliantly handles. Jankalyan Blood Bank is still known as Dr. Madhikar Raktpedhi only because of his contact and relations with the camp organisors. He is existing President of Madhi Devasthan Trust at Madhi, Taluka Pathardi.He was present for the international workshop held in Kalkatta and also in Odissa. He was awarded “Appa Sohoni” award organised by Jankalyan Samiti. He is voluntary donor since long and donated blood for many times. He is member of Medical Committe of Bhartiya Janata Party.

Mrs. Sonali holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW),MA (Eng). Working as of Public Relations Officer handling the blood donation camps, connecting with camp organizers and blood donors. She has undergone training for blood bank counselor by NACO NBTC (National Aids Control Organization and National Blood Transfusion Council ). She is skilled in reactive donor counseling. She is strongly affiliated to voluntary blood donation movement and bound to provide blood to whoever needs it on time. Taking initiative by leading anaemia detection camps, blood group checking camps, thalessemia and blood donation awareness campaign is her notable feature. She took lot of efforts to retain of donors Attended an international seminar held by Thalessemia Society Pune Chapter 3 in Pune.

Mr. Sharad is working since 5 Years on different positions in blood bank . Now he is working as Asst.Public Relation Officer for Rural area. He himself is a committed blood and platelet donor. He is having Leadership Quality. He is more interested to join youth in blood donation movement. He is associated with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh since childhood. He have keen interest in social work.

Mr. Sagar is Asst. Public Relation Officer 3 years. He completed master of social work. He has given lot of dedication for his work and compromised lots of things for jankalyan blood bank like time, illness, family, self work, ect. His role in blood bank to meets different organization head like company HR, collage headmaster, NGO’S, social worker who is organized blood donation camp and discuss about organize blood donation camp. He has skill of communication, time management, man power handling, etc. He is our voluntary blood donor.

Mr. Sonawane, M. Com, GDC& A working as a Account Officer. He is associated with blood bank since 2002. He chairs a position of (Jilha Mantri) for Vishwa Hindu Parishadn & Bajrang Dal. R.S.S. Swayamsevak. Even though he has various responsibilities he is dedicated in blood bank work. He skilled to acquire more Donations from the socity to blood bank. He donated blood for many times.

Mrs. Anagha D.C.E, PDID ( Diploma in civil engineering, post diploma in interior design ) – Store and Maintenance Officer – is part of this blood bank from year 2008. In this tenure of 14 years, she has held many responsibilities and executed them fluently. Starting with the work of a store clerk, over the period of time, she have had handed over the responsibility and authority of purchase, repair and maintenance department. She single handedly looks up on store, purchase, repair and maintenance department of the entire blood bank. In the interim, she had also looked in to the administrative matters of the unit. Due to her articulate behavior, she not only manages the internal team, but also has the upper hand on external connections. Aside of being a dedicated employee, she is also an active voluntary blood donor.

Mrs. Smita is associate with blood bank since 12 years. Previously she woked as social worker for 9 years. She is having good communication skill and expert in computer work. She also handled a post of store supervisor. Now she has been promoted as Internal Communication Supervisor (ICS). She is playing a role in communicating between the employees & Hospital Management to fulfill the needs. She is a voluntary blood donor.

Mr. Dhobale, Bsc. DMLT, PGDMLT, our Technical Supervisor and he is well trained in handling component separation laboratory. A science graduate and a post diploma holder in medical laboratory technology. He has experience handles all automated equipment like refrigerated centrifuge, automated component extractors .He is section-in-charge of blood donor room and apheresis laboratory which is specialized for platelet and plasma donation. He also supports testing for transfusion transmissible infections, which is done in automated laboratories . He also supports day to day activities in blood grouping and cross matching laboratory.His registeration for Paramedical Counsil has been done. He skilld to handle Quality Control Department.
