He is the great connection in between Management and employees of blood bank. His good administration in all the various departments of the blood bank including clinical laboratory. He have a skill to motivates the employees & enhance the capacity building in any situation. He establish good repo with employees & each and every person comes under the blood bank contact like FDA, Gov't offices, Hospitals, medical professionals as well. He is a voluntary blood donor, as well as platelate donor, and also a first covid plasma donor during the pandemic. He is quite possessive to gain knowledge and degrees, recently he got Master degree in Yogshastra. He is great team leader for us.
